Welcome to Standing Bear Lodge. Standing Bear Lodge is a 4 bedroom, 3 & 1/2 bath four-season luxury vacation retreat.
Directly across from the
Winter Park Resort, Standing Bear Lodge is located in the prestigious
development of Lakota. Relax in
front of the fire in the vaulted ceiling living room with log accents after a
day of skiing and exploring. Have
an espresso to highlight the start or end of your day. This town home is in a great location
for both winter and summer activities.
We're across the street from the north entrance to Winter Park Ski
Resort and only 40 miles from the Rocky Mountain National Park. Take the private Lakota shuttle (Thursdays thru Sunday during ski season) or the town shuttle to the slopes or the business district.
The signature Lakota
subdivision borders the Arapaho National Forest and is directly across from the
slopes. Pull out of the private
heated garage and out of the addition, cross the highway, and you're at the Resort!
Separate Den/Game room for the
kids, entry level master bedroom, laundry center, private hot tub, barbecue
grill on the deck, and over 2,100 square feet are just a few of the amenities.
The entry level includes a
living room with fireplace, dining room, gourmet kitchen with espresso maker, a
half bath, master bedroom with private bath and walk-in closet, and an attached
heated private garage. The master
bath also includes double sinks, a Jacuzzi tub, and separate oversize
shower. The laundry center and
mudroom are just off the garage and include complimentary soap and fabric
softener.
The lower level includes two
bedrooms with queen beds, each with private baths. French doors lead to the lower level deck and six person hot
tub. All you have to do is enjoy,
as the tub is on a regular maintenance schedule.
The loft overlooks the living
area and the impressive views of the ski resort. Equipped with a large television and many games for the
children, this area is great for a kid's game room. Included in the main loft living area is a couch convertible
to a queen-sized bed. There's an
additional small bedroom off the loft living area that houses a set of bunk
beds.
This is a great comfortable
town home convenient to the slopes.
It's set-up makes multi-family occupancy a dream. All you have to do is bring your skis
and/or hiking boots for a great vacation!
