With
a great-room style floor plan, high end furnishings and two large decks
overlooking the Winter Park mountain ski slopes as well as the Fraser
River, Trademark 3-2 offers both comfort, stunning views and privacy.

runs and the river. BBQ on the gas grill. Sit in the deck chairs, relax
to the sounds of the river below and look at the stars. Inside, large floor-to-ceiling windows provide stunning views of the mountain ski slopes
and the river.
Relax and unwind. The spacious and well appointed living room has a gorgeous river rock fireplace - the perfect setting to enjoy a glass of wine after a great day on the slopes. There's plenty of seating for everyone on the sofa, chaises and chairs. Enjoy watching a movie on the newly installed flat screen TV in the living room, equipped with a DVD Player and Comcast Cable TV. Curl up in the large rattan chair and read a
book. There are plenty of games for adults and children alike.
Complimentary high speed broadband internet helps keep everyone connected.
The
well equipped kitchen has all the necessary
amenities to prepare a gourmet meal. The dining room seats 8 comfortably. Or, dine out at any of Winter
Park's great restaurants.
The Master Suite includes an Olympic King log Bed (66" x 80"), a TV and ample closet space. The master bath
has a double sinks, a walk-in shower and a jetted tub. The Queen
Suite has a queen bed and its own private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The 3rd bedroom has a double bed and a set of twin over twin bunks. All three bedrooms have individual color
televisions with cable. The third full bathroom is in the hallway and sports a tub/shower combination.
We are child friendly and a
port-a-crib and high chair are available by advance request.
