The beautifully furnished family room with a leather sofa and easy chairs is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a great day on the slopes.
 

Our luxury, 1750 square foot Townhome is located in one of Winter Park's most prestigious communities. Completely furnished and decorated in 2006, this second home is rarely offered for rent and is in fantastic condition. Located less than one-quarter mile from Winter Park Ski Resort.  Nestled in the trees along the banks of the Fraser River, Trademark 99-1 offers breathtaking views of the river and and the forest.  Picture yourself sitting beside the enormous floor-to-ceiling window watching the snow fall or taking in the, post-card perfect, forest view. It is truly magnificent! In the summer, open the windows and listen to the river flowing by.  Relax on the deck and watch the wildlife wander by. 

This deluxe, three bedroom, three bathroom townhome includes an oversized master bedroom suite with a pillow-top king-size bed, fireplace, and TV with DVD. The master bathroom has a two sink vanity and travertine shower. The second bedroom pillow-top queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a twin over full-size bunkbed with additional twin trundle.  All rooms are well appointment and extremely comfortable! Each bathroom has its own shower with travertine tile. Radiant heating warms the floors in each room.

The well appointed kitchen has cherry cabinets, granite countertops, and a large picture window to enjoy the forest and river view. You will love the comfortable furniture and large, floor-to-ceiling window in the living room. From this room, the view of the forest and river is breathtaking!

After a long day of skiing, enjoy the community hot tub located steps from our front door. You'll be thrilled with the private one car garage and mudroom. Extra parking is located just outside the unit. Catch the free shuttle, (during the winter ski season).
