Located just one block from the lifts and all the activities of Village, our tri-level Portal Place townhome has a superb base area location with all the conveniences of being in the Village but with privacy of a countryside setting . gated section of Winter Park Resort, this townhome offers luxurious privacy
as one of only two units in the duplex. Nestled in the trees on the banks of the Fraser River, Portal Place has gorgeous views of both the river and the ski slopes and is within a 3 minute walk of the village activities.
Portal
Place is an ideal retreat for two couples or a small family. On the upper level, there
are two master suites, each with their own private bath with Jacuzzi tubs. One suite has a king bed and one has a queen. There is also
a washer/dryer on this level.
On the main level, there is a
comfortable living area with a wood-burning fireplace, leather
pull-out sofa-sleeper, comfortable easy chair with ottoman, fully equipped kitchen, dining areas, and half bath. The lower
level is an entryway with ski storage. Complimentary wireless internet and cable TV.
Portal Place is tastefully decorated. Recent upgrades include with new carpeting, appliances and luxury bedding.
Located within a 3 minute walk of the lifts, Portal Place is perfect for
a ski vacation. The free resort shuttle stops just a few steps from the front door for a 30 second shuttle ride. In the Summer, it is peaceful yet only steps from all
the activities that Winter Park Mountain Resort has to offer.
